Terms of return: 

Please note we do not accept returns unless we have sent you the wrong item. In which case please get in contact with us and we will be happy to assist. 

All our products and services get so much love put in them and are wrapped and packaged carefully. If there is a damaged item please get in contact with us but note this may be down to the delivery company. 

If we have set up or planned your event and you are unhappy with the service please contact us via email, telephone or Facebook messenger and we will try our best to rectify the situation.
